The Design Process

Discover
This initial phase involves gathering ideas, understanding the project requirements, and conducting thorough research. It includes brainstorming, seeking inspiration from various sources, and understanding the target audience, market trends, and competitors.

Concept
In this step, ideas start to take shape. Sketches, mood boards, and initial drafts are created to explore different directions and possibilities. This phase focuses on generating multiple visual concepts, site structures, campaign ideas and plans then refining them to find the best solution that aligns with the project’s goals.

Refine
Once a concept is selected, the actual design work begins. This involves creating detailed designs, selecting color schemes, typography, and other visual elements. When required, elements such online frameworks, display structures, etc. are chosen to deliver the final product. A variety of digital tools bring chosen concepts to life, ensuring they meet the project’s specifications and standards.

Deliver
The final step involves reviewing the designs, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments. This phase ensures the design is polished, functional, and ready for implementation. It may also include finalizing files for print, logistics planning, proofing, structure acquisition or digital delivery and collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure a seamless execution.
